Shipping Policy 

Milonga will cover shipping costs (freight and insurance) on orders over $110 USD. On orders under $110 USD, the customer must pay the shipping costs. These vary depending on the products ordered and the shipping location and will be displayed in the order summary.

Milonga will deliver your order to the exact address provided by you for this purpose, within the territory of the United States and Mexico. No shipments will be sent to PO BOX addresses, virtual mailboxes, or APO/FPO addresses (please make sure your shipping address does not fall under these exceptions). Deliveries are made on business days, except holidays. All deliveries will be accompanied by an acknowledgment of receipt included in the invoice provided to the User at the time of, or upon, receipt of the order. All orders will be shipped through some of the best-rated carriers in the market.

Deliveries will take between 5 and 10 business days, starting the day after payment is confirmed by PayPal. Delivery dates may vary if goods are held by local authorities or customs. These delivery dates do not apply to special events or discounted purchases. Milonga is not directly responsible for shipping and/or other delays beyond its control, such as adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or customs delays in the receiving country.

ORDER APPROVAL: After receiving the order and confirming payment, Milonga will send the User an email confirming the details and information of the purchase, along with an additional email confirming the order status and the carrier’s tracking number.

Duties and Taxes: Duties and taxes required by each country vary from place to place. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on import procedures and details. All customers are responsible for paying import duties and taxes. Milonga has no control over the duties, customs, and taxes charged by each country, and these charges may vary according to local regulations. Milonga is legally required to declare the total value paid for all international shipments.

Remember to check with your country’s customs office for any additional charges you may incur, such as taxes, duties, tariffs, or other fees established by your government. Milonga will not assume responsibility for any of these extra charges.

⚠️ Important Notice for U.S. Orders:
The U.S. Government has announced a significant change to import regulations. Starting August 29, all goods entering the United States are subject to import duties and taxes, regardless of the purchase value.

Please note:

• All import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

• FedEx will contact you directly to arrange payment before delivery.

• Duties may range from 10% to 39% of the purchase value.
