Introduction

Applicable tax rates in the purchase process are determined by the delivery destination. All relevant taxes will automatically apply at checkout and be charged to the customer at the time of purchase. Milonga Beachwear guarantees that no additional taxes will be required at the time of delivery for orders over $100 USD to the U.S.

These conditions are subject to change, as the regulation of online transactions is constantly evolving. We strive to comply with local and state tax laws and monitor our policies to reflect these changes.

Order Processing

● Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12:00 pm (Colombia time) will be processed the same day.

● Orders placed after 12:00 pm or during weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

● Business days include only Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

International Shipping

We ship products to a wide range of countries, including the U.S., Mexico, and Europe. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout depending on the destination. Orders are shipped via FEDEX logistics services, with estimated delivery times as follows:

● U.S., Puerto Rico, and Canada: 4 to 7 business days.

● Latin America and Europe: 8 to 12 business days.

● Australia, Asia, and Africa: 12 to 15 business days.

Free Shipping: Purchases over $100 USD in the U.S. qualify for free shipping.

Please note that if the purchase payment is confirmed between Monday and Friday, the first business day is the day the payment confirmation is received, and delivery time is calculated from that day. However, if payment is confirmed on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday, delivery time will begin on the following business day.

During special dates, promotional events such as Black Days or Cyber Days, delivery time may be extended by up to 1 additional week, but we will do our best to ensure it arrives as soon as possible.

Address Modifications

If you wish to modify the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@milonga.com.co. We will attempt to make the change before the order is dispatched, although we cannot guarantee it.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We will try to process the cancellation before the order is shipped. However, if the order has already been processed, you will need to wait for it to arrive and then proceed with a return following the return policy. Shipping costs are non-refundable in these cases.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the package tracking number. Additionally, you can create an account on our website to track your order status in the "My Orders" section.

Force Majeure Situations

In the event of stock shortages, fraud, or billing errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In such cases, we will inform you within two business days and issue a full refund. These cancellations do not create additional liability for Milonga Beachwear.
