This document establishes the Terms and Conditions applicable to the use of the Milonga Beachwear website at www.milonga.company (operated by Design MLG S.A.S., based in Colombia). By accessing or making a purchase on our website, you accept the terms described here. These terms and conditions may be updated periodically, so we recommend checking them frequently.

Using our website and purchasing products implies acceptance of these terms and conditions, as well as our privacy policy. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our site or make purchases on it.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on this page. In the case of significant modifications, users will be notified via email or through the website. Continued use of the site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We strive to maintain product availability and accuracy of descriptions on our website. However, in exceptional cases, some products may be unavailable after purchase. In that case, we will notify you immediately to offer alternative options, including a full refund.

Orders can be placed on our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders received after 3:00 pm Colombia time, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day. If you need to modify or cancel your order before it is shipped, you must do so within the first two hours after order confirmation if it was placed before 12:00 pm Colombia time. Orders placed after this time have until the next day to be modified.

Our product prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). Prices include applicable taxes according to Colombian and US legislation but do not include additional duties or customs taxes for international customers, which will be the responsibility of the buyer. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice, although the applicable price will be the one in effect at the time of purchase.

We accept payments through secure platforms, such as PAYPAL express checkout, direct PAYPAL account, and Credit/Debit Card by PAYPAL, which allow the use of credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). All payments are processed securely using SSL encryption technologies to protect your information. We do not store your card information. Once payment processing begins, you will be redirected to the external payment gateway platform, at which point the terms and conditions of that platform will apply. Payment is considered confirmed when you receive an email notification of transaction approval.

We offer international shipping from Colombia, with deliveries to the US and other countries. The estimated times and shipping costs are as follows:

● Estimated delivery time to the US: 7 to 14 business days.

● Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and are automatically calculated during the purchase process.

● International duties and taxes: Customers are responsible for any additional customs charges or taxes in their respective countries. Milonga Beachwear is not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs procedures.

We accept returns within 30 days after product receipt, as long as items are unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or errors in the order.

We strive to accurately represent the colors of our products on the website. However, we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on your screen are exactly the same as the actual product, as they may vary depending on the device settings.

Promotions and discounts we offer are subject to the conditions specified on the website at the time of purchase.

Promotions are not cumulative, and only one discount code can be used per transaction.

During promotional events like "Black Friday," delivery times may extend by 3 to 4 additional business days due to order volume.

All content on the website, including logos, texts, graphics, images, and software, is the property of Milonga Beachwear or its suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws in Colombia and internationally. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Milonga Beachwear will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage resulting from the use of our website or products purchased through it. Our liability for any claim related to product purchases is limited to the value of the purchased product.

This agreement will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Colombia and the United States, specifically under the jurisdiction of the state of California, USA, for customers located in that country. Any dispute related to these terms and conditions will be resolved in the competent courts of these jurisdictions.

In accordance with Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013, as well as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for international users, Milonga Beachwear is responsible for processing personal data provided by users. We collect, store, and use your personal data for commercial purposes, including product sales and promotional communication. You can consult our Privacy Policy for more details on rights to access, rectification, deletion, and consent withdrawal of your personal data.
